Nick's apartmentmate Chuck Bangamazone describes a game his friends play in his hometown of Memphis called "Waffle House tag". The idea is thus- two groups, each with a video camera, have to tag a waitress in every Waffle House restaurant in Memphis and call "tag! you're it" and get out before they can tag them back. For proof, they have to carry around a video camera. The game always ends at the same Waffle House, so it's a real race to the finish line. Chuck says that sometimes the waitresses play, sometimes they just hide in the back, which results in elaborate lures or bold chasing.
