weird painting
this is a huge (4" across), unsigned painting on plywood i got for $15 at the wright choice on main street. the woman working there had no idea why it was there- she was horrified to have it sit in her store, she was even more horrified to see that someone wanted it. at this point i should say that the wright choice usually sucks- occasionally good stuff but very overpriced- and they just cull the good stuff from emanuel baptist thrift and hike up the price. anyway, check out the hands in this painting. whoever did this just couldn't do hands. and though you can't see this in the picture, there is great attention paid to the woman's breasts (and not just by that guy way on the left).
