the loser of the face race betwen me and ian (which resulted in this follicular abomination) had to get a nohawk. below is th ehistory of the nohawk:
1920s- Marcel Duchamp suspects he has lice and for some reason shaves a line in his head form front to back. he later adds a star shaved into the back of his head, making a comet. the Mohawk tribe sports their signature hairstyle, a line spiked down the center, shaved on the sides, but nobody else does.
1970s- Punk rockers make the modern mohawk fashionable to other punks
1980s- Mr. T comes into fame, making the mohawk an acceptible hairstyle for bodyguards,
mercenaries and other non-punk rockers.
1990s- while on a school trip in france, Jeremy Bruce is paid the equivalent of $20 to get a nohawk.
2000s- local skater and video store employee Ian Flannery makes the nohawk an acceptable hairstyle for people who aren't Jeremy Bruce or Marcel Duchamp
